The museum transports you back all the way to the humble pagan beginnings of the Danish culture and brings you back to the present through the mediums of light, sound, and visuals.

If you are looking for a relaxing early afternoon activity, you may want to consider taking a long walk down Stroget, which is the longest pedestrian street in the world. Whether you are visiting the many shops that line the street, you can find almost anything to keep you satisfied. Here, there are everything from large brand name stores to small local shops for you to browse in.
